Question : I am considering buying my gown online? Is there any risk?

Answer :
We do not recommend that you buy your gown over the internet for various reasons - including the following:
We have received many calls from customers who have purchased online only to find that they didn't receive the dress they expected, or it was delivered too late for the occasion.
Some received counterfeit dresses; others received used/soiled dresses, or the wrong style or size.
Some customers have found that buying over the internet didn't really save them money because they were forced to pay hidden charges, import duty and VAT - they then had trouble finding a qualified alterations specialist who could properly fit their dress as it had been cut and stitched wrong.

Question : Why do you criticize buying on the Internet? All my friends buy there?

Answer :
This is one of the most important dresses you will ever buy - to be worn at an occasion you will want to remember all your life - saving a few pounds or Euro's is not worth the risk of spoiling those memories.
The internet is however, a great place to narrow down styles before you visit a stockist - but when it comes time to purchase, it has been proven time and time again that the best place to buy is a from a retailer where you can see, feel and try on the dress before you make a commitment and take opinions from your family and friends.

Question : Why are some adult styles not available in the larger sizes?

Answer :
Usually this due to the fact some styles do not cut well for the fuller figure.
But at the same time some styles we only cut for the larger sizes as they only look good for that style.

Answer :

Prom Dresses (sale) starting at £25.
Cocktail Dresses starting at £25.
